The weeks are flying by... so is my training. This past weekend a reached another milestone -- 17 MILES. This was a big deal, only 9.2 miles more, and I have run the Boston Marathon. At this point, I want to keep doing what I am doing and stay strong. What this entails is 2 runs during the week, 2 or 3 days of weight training / cardio, and 1 or 2 rest days. Solid!
